Now, I’ll be honest—I’ve had a bit of a love affair with my phone, especially before bedtime. It’s been the last thing I lay eyes on. But it’s thyme for a change!
You see, all that blue light from our devices messes with our brains, suppressing melatonin and making sleep a bit of a challenge.
So, I’m adopting a new rule: electronics go off at least 3 hours before bed!
This not only frees up more time for quality moments with my loves, cozy book sessions, and quality self-care ritual thyme. True wonders for lowering my stress levels. It’s a simple digital detox, and I’m all for it! Who’s with me on this journey to better sleep and more meaningful moments?
