CURATIVE INSIGHTS TO EVOLUTIONARY LIFE EXPERIENCES – RE-CREATE YOUR OWN POWERFUL YOU!
Let’s start with simple basics. Our consciousness is creating our life experiences.
Idyllically our evolutionary life experiences.
We are living the life we have been programmed to live. I am sure you might have heard this here or there… but let’s dig into this concept a bit deeper. The headline is we are super powerful until we been programmed otherwise. We get to favour that programming quite quickly. But we must create healthy, curative, evolutionary experiences by stepping outside of that programming. And we are all doing it now.
OUR EVOULTIONARY EXPERIENCES
The last trimester of the pregnancy when the computer of our little brain forms, but that computer still has to be programmed is a crucial step to later achieve balance. The first 7 years is the predominant state of our brain capacity, it is purely in theta frequency. Basically in imagination and hypnosis. Our brain is not using consciousness that is creative. All our subconscious is the hard drive, that eventually creates habits.
Our early life’s programming rules change daily, dependent on the community around us. We download other peoples behaviour with all good and bad. These programs may not support our being at all. And, if it’s a faulty download? Rolls over the traumas, false personalities just as the positive ones. Without the filter. Are we prepared to carry that baggage forever? Epigenetics clearly leads us towards blossoming.
WHY IS ALL ABOUT THE COMPUTER AND THE HARD DRIVE?
Imagine by the time of our conscious imaginative mind becomes aware and actually wants to do what the soul arrived to do. New evolutionary change is on the horizon! Looking in, but not sure how to create the change, even though intentions change without the autopilot of the mind. However the subconscious is too powerful overpowering the conscious one. We find ourselves doing things automatically. Like closing the door but not remembering, or driving but our thinking is “somewhere else”. Can you relate?
GATEWAY TO WELLBEING
The reason why it is important to reflect on the programming, as our mind is the gateway to our health.
Nervousness and anxiety trigger hormones that course through the body, regulating its long term actions. The gut and our mind are intertwined, aggregates all from immunity to nutrient balance in healing through positive thinking.
Stress is a key player in countless conditions. However we believe it is invisible, as we can not see ourselves how our expressions hardens, heart rate changes, our reaction time shortens. We’ve all heard that we are what we eat. Nutrition is important, but we are what we think cannot be neglected.
LETTING GO
As we let go of our burdens and we become more aware of our mindful positivity, our stress levels inevitably decrease. With stress at the root of so many of our modern epidemics, it’s no surprise that positive thinking (and, therefore, stress relief) can heal our body with a healthy lifestyle. We must start from scratch though.
This, according to the Mayo Clinic, is a prevailing theory as to why positive thinking can be so beneficial. The informative article includes a list of benefits of positive thinking, including:
- Increased life span
- Lower rates of depression
- Lower levels of distress
- Greater resistance to the common cold
- Better psychological and physical well-being
- Reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
- Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress
Positive thinking that focuses on stress reduction can be obtained with meditative practices like mindfulness meditation, incense ritual and prayer.
HEALING THROUGH PRAYERS
Indeed we view positive thinking and prayer as partners in healing and disease reversal.
If we’re focused on God’s will in prayer, concerned about others in intercessory efforts, and generally shifting our minds away from ourselves and onto the Big Picture of faith, we have little time to dwell on our own struggles. Our perspective naturally shifts. We can’t help it!
Researchers are fascinated with this – one encouraging study tracked women with depression who had prayer incorporated into their therapeutic treatments. A full year later, the benefits had not yet subsided.
While science seeks to boil everything down to analogy and absolutes, we know one thing without a doubt: prayer, mindfulness, and positive thinking are matters of faith.
GOODS OF FAITH
The effects of faith and prayer on health and wellbeing, people who had deeply held religious beliefs were found to be generally healthier than their counterparts.
Was this a matter of a formulaic prayer or spiritual meditation? Is it something we can replicate in a lab or nail down as having positive results 100% of the time, effective every time?
At the end of the day, I believe the answer lies in exercising our faith , without being blind. Meaning we must comprehend knowledge that seeks to take us outside of ourselves, and letting go of the impulse to control. Knowledge by itself eventually turn into dogmatic, blind faith without comprehension and a spiritual axis. If we are not able to transform knowledge it ends up on undirected waters, eventually creating disturbance.
And as we dissolve our stresses and mind-body related stresses, other facets of health tend to rise and purify. Letting go of our programmed weights and negativity in faith will move mountains of “dis-ease”; whether that manifests as physical healing or simply bolstered faith and minimised stress.
In either case, we have every reason to put our trust in the higher and cast all our burdens onto Him.
To conclude would like you to share this verse about healing;
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
