What are my shipping options?

Australian registered shipping is free for all orders over $60. Orders under $60 attract a flat fee of $14. For all annual subscriptions COMPLIMENTARY shipping is included.

Please note: we ship all orders within 48 hours or less but current shipping delays may mean you wait a little longer than usual.

Packaging

We keep our packaging minimal and prioritise eco alliance approved sustainable options such as compostable sticky tape, stickers and tissue and recyclable mailing boxes.

What happened to my product tag?

We thrive when a full circle completes. By acting on the righteous, we decided to share the description ‘blurb’ in a different way, hence we have printed on Thyme seeded paper. Please be aware what this means; if becomes wet, or even just damp it will germinate. But we believe this is worth it, don’t you?

Once it is Thyme please plant it in your garden (or pot )and enjoy a new lifecycle of our organic wildcrafted Thyme from CELESTIAL THYME. Happy days!!!

Are you gluten free and vegan?

Yes! Our entire facility is gluten free and vegan. We only use 100% botanical ingredients.

Are your products certified organic?

Not everything is certified organic, yet everything that we source we ensure that it’s truly wildcrafted of the highest purity. 90% of our herbs are wildcrafted, and 70% are organic.

Feel free to ask us for specific herbs and origin.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Absolutely! Our website isn’t yet set up for international orders but we can facilitate this for you via happyou@celestialthyme.com.au

Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney, Australia.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about the use of herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We always recommend caution and extra gentle tender loving care, so we would suggest to burn only half of the recommended dose.

Perhaps you could ask your loved one to do the ritual to create the space you can enjoy the after effects. If you have questions on specific products you are interested in please feel free to email us!

How do I become a CELESTIAL THYME reseller?

As an exclusive brand we hold the right to work only with bricks and mortar retail stores – please do not fill out the application if you do not have a retail shopfront.

Otherwise we would love to chat about reselling CELESTIAL THYME.

Please complete our wholesale application and we will be in touch!

At this time we are unable to supply online stores, collectives and market stall businesses.

What is your fulfilment thyme VS shipping thyme?

Fulfilment time is not included in the shipping time, and our team works to complete all orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were received.

Typically, fulfilment time takes approximately 1-2 business days from when the order is placed depending on order volume and product availability.

During holidays, please expect delays. If in doubt you can always ask us and we can help.

A shipment confirmation notification with tracking will be provided as soon as the order ships.

How do I cancel my subscription order?

Unfortunately annual subscriptions can not be canceled.

We require a 12 months minimum sign up for the life changing subscription. You will be charged for the remainder of the 3 months if you cancel within the period. Please consider this before signing up. If you have trouble with this, please feel free to send us an email at happyou@celestialthyme.com.au.

I did not receive my discount code email. What to do?

Discount codes are applied at the checkout inside the box labelled ‘Promo Code’.

All discount codes are one per order.

SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or returns for items on gifting or any of the orders. Shipping costs incurred by you will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error. We can assure you of a replacement that will be at our discretion and the certainty of the offered will be reviewed.

We do not accept refunds for the purchase of digital items. These purchases are final.

A claim will have to be submitted via written form to us, prior to receiving an exchange.

Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide full or partial refund.

Damaged goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. For full acceptance of a claim of a damaged goods product, we need picture evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer.

This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information on shipping.
